Frequently asked questions
- How is the valuation calculated?
- It combines a discounted cash flow (DCF) with the sector EV/EBITDA multiple. If EBITDA is negative it uses the EV/Sales multiple. The result is equity value: enterprise value minus net financial debt.
- Where do the multiples and betas come from?
- From Aswath Damodaran's European sector datasets (NYU Stern), with Spain's country risk premium. Dataset date: 2026-01-05.
- Is this a definitive valuation?
- No. It is an indicative range with standard assumptions. A valuation for a transaction needs normalised EBITDA, a business plan and a review of net debt and working capital.
